What should I pay attention to when receiving my cargo?

Before receiving your cargo, check it by opening the inner and outer packaging in the presence of the cargo personnel. In cases where the cargo is damaged, such as torn, broken, crushed, etc., make sure to have the cargo officer draw up a damage assessment report and request the return of the cargo without accepting it, using this report. Do not open the lids of the product packaging. Do not throw away the original packaging of the products you receive. Send them back with this original packaging when making a return or exchange.

Why does sediment form at the bottom of olive oil?

When olive oil is obtained as a result of pressing olives, small olive fruit particles are also present in the oil. When the filtering process is performed, these particles are completely removed, and an olive oil with a shiny appearance is obtained. However, in olive oils that are packaged unfiltered without undergoing the filtering process, these small particles settle to the bottom of the packaging in the appearance of sediment. This is a normal condition. While all olive oils should be kept away from heat, light, and air, unfiltered olive oils are sensitive, so it is necessary to pay even more attention and prioritize consuming them in a short time.
