ZeyraZade Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your visit to, membership on, and purchases made through the website ("Site") belonging to ZeyraZade. By using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. Please read this text carefully before making a purchase.

Within the scope of these Terms, "User" or "Customer" refers to any real or legal entity visiting the Site, creating an account, or placing an order through the Site.

2. Scope of Service

ZeyraZade conducts online sales of extra virgin olive oil, early harvest olive oil, table olives, and related food items (hereinafter referred to as "Products"). Product descriptions, images, prices, and stock information available on the Site may be updated without prior notice.

3. Membership and Account Security

Creating an account may not be mandatory to place an order on the Site; however, if you create an account, you are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, etc.) and for all activities conducted under your account.
If users under the age of 18 make a purchase through the Site, parental or legal guardian consent is required.

4. Order and Payment

Orders placed on the Site are processed after payment confirmation is received.
Product prices include legally applicable taxes (VAT, etc.); unless explicitly stated otherwise, shipping costs are not included in the price.
ZeyraZade reserves the right to cancel or reject an order for justified reasons such as stock depletion, pricing errors, or technical glitches. In such cases, any paid amount will be refunded to you.
Payments are collected via secure payment providers operating on the Shopify infrastructure. Your card details are not stored by ZeyraZade.

5. Delivery

Your orders will be dispatched via contracted cargo companies within the estimated delivery timeframe specified after order confirmation.
Since olive oil products are shipped in glass bottles, items are carefully packaged against potential damage during transit. If the package appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend filing a formal record (tutanak) in the presence of the courier agent.
ZeyraZade cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, severe weather conditions, logistics delays originating from the cargo carrier, etc.).

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Return, exchange, and refund processes are governed by a separate document, the Return & Refund Policy. Please remember that as these are food items, products with opened seals/packaging are excluded from the scope of returns.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All texts, visuals, logos, trademarks (including the "ZeyraZade" name and logo), designs, and content on the Site belong to ZeyraZade or are used under license by ZeyraZade. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these contents is prohibited.

8. User Obligations

By using the Site, you agree to refrain from the following actions:

Engaging in activities that disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the Site’s operations.
Using account credentials belonging to others without authorization.
Creating orders using misleading, false, or fraudulent information.
Copying and publishing Site content on another medium without authorization.

In the event of a breach of these obligations, ZeyraZade reserves the right to suspend or terminate the relevant account.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZeyraZade does not guarantee that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
Because the products are natural foodstuffs, inherent variations in characteristics such as color, aroma, and flavor may occur depending on the harvest period and batch; such variations are not considered product defects.
To the extent permitted by law, ZeyraZade cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, loss of data, etc.) arising from the use of the Site.

11. Amendments

ZeyraZade reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the current terms.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) hold jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
